RETURN & REFUNDS

RETURNS & OPEN BUY
Products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact support at hello@togee.com.

Refunds for items purchased on getbrushup.se will be refunded in the original form of payment for the amount paid for the item.

Items purchased from an authorized HANGiNN retailer must be returned directly to the store where they were purchased.

REFUNDS (if applicable) 
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

REFUNDS OF LATE OR MISSING PAYMENTS (if applicable) 
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially posted.


Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGE (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at hello@togee.com

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. When the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING (Returns)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you are delivering an item over SEK 750, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

UNSOLVED PACKAGES

We reserve the right to charge the costs for handling that arise in the event of unclaimed or refused packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 99 if a package is not collected. The shipment is with the postal agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. Please therefore note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you first need to pick up the package and then return it. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
